Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
